Windhaven Farms #1 is a small subdivision consisting of 72 homes. This friendly community is conveniently located near the Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center, Plano West Senior High and some of the best restaurants in Plano. Windhaven Farms is a vibrant community governed by a dedicated team of volunteers who strive to enhance the quality of life for all residents. Our association is committed to fostering a sense of belonging, promoting community engagement, and maintaining the natural beauty of our surroundings.
